1. South Coulter and Andover Drive

This is around the Windsor Elementary Area.  I drove through this neighborhood all the time when my son went to school at Windsor.  It's a great area to raise a family.

2. North Soncy Road and FM 1061

The median price of a home in this area is $359,287

This would be the area around Wildcat Bluff Nature Center.  This is a growing area with beautiful homes.

3. 34th Avenue Near Washington Street

The median price of a home in this area is $341,391

This is the area with some amazing homes.  I really enjoy this area around the holidays because of the amazing Christmas lights.

4.  Sleepy Hollow near 34th Avenue

This is the Amarillo High School Area.

5. South Coulter and Fulton Street

I usually cut through this area using Fulton Street when I don't want to drive down 34th.

6. The Area of Amarillo Blvd and Gem Lake Road

This area is growing quickly.  They are building so many great businesses in this area.  Walmart, United, Lowe's are just a few that have popped up in this area in the last 10 years.  Taco Villa, Chick-Fil-A, Sonic, Roaster's are just a few of the restaurants available in the area.

7. Wolflin Avenue and Washington Street

The median price of a home in this area is $260,171

This area is home to some historic homes in the Amarillo area

8. West Loop 335 and 34th Avenue

This would be the 34th and Soncy area.
