Pan-Handlers Says Goodbye to the Heart of the Restaurant

Pan-Handlers Cafe is located in the basement of ANB Plaza 1, and they are the perfect place for a great lunch.

When I say basement, it's on the bottom floor, and near the tunnel that connects ANB Plaza 1 to ANB Plaza 2.  If you've never walked the tunnel you should.

Pan-Handlers Cafe serves up some really great comfort food and they are one of the few restaurants that still have a salad bar.  They offer daily specials so you can go and try something new every day.

If you have been a loyal customer, then you know about Crystal Sagnimeni.  Crystal is always there to greet you with a smile.  She always has a great recommendation for food when you can't decide what you want and she is never wrong.  Most of the time, if you have been there, she already knows what you want before you do.

Crystal has been a huge part of Pan-Handlers and at the end of the month, she is saying goodbye.

Crystal shared the news on the Pan-Handlers Cafe and Catering Facebook,

We are moving to New Hampshire. Everything will stay the same. ShawnaRie will still be greeting you with her big smile & all of her sweet delights. Jaison will be killing it as always with the rest of the kitchen crew. My cousin Renee will be out on the floor. The crew here is amazing but obviously, they will be finding their own groove without me. I have relentlessly spoiled all of you so you’ll have to actual remember the name of the food you get. So have grace, show kindness, & offer words of encouragement. I am beyond confident in them.

 

Y’all have given me the encouragement & the space to be myself. I have watched your kids grow up & cried with you when life was not so fair. Y’all have shaped me as a person & guided me into the confident woman that I am today. I’m not sure what verbiage to use to adequately let y’all know how much you mean to me & how very much I’m going to miss y’all. So please try to come see me before I go.

I’m so excited & terrified for this next chapter in my life.

Her last day is Wednesday, July 27th.  So make sure you go have a great meal at Pan-Handlers Cafe and say goodbye to Crystal and wish her the best.
