Officials have resumed a search and rescue mission for those unaccounted for in the Costa Cruises tragedy. Bad weather and fuel leak prompted a halt in the search.

Costa Cruises CEO has stated that the ships captain, Francesco Schettino, make an unauthorized maneuver prior to the ships capsize. Sources say that the captain turned inland to get closer to shore to wave to a friend who was on the mainland.

"The company will be close to the captain and will provide him with all the necessary assistance," Foschi said, "but we need to acknowledge the facts and we cannot deny human error."

Schettino was arrested on manslaughter charges and also for abandoning the ship. A sixth body was found Monday leaving 10 passengers and six crew members.
