What’s The Heck Is Going On In This County Near Amarillo

Amarillo has its crazies and that's no question, take a quick read through the local news and anyone would be convinced that we've got some crazy things going on here.

But we may have a contender for the area with some of the craziest crimes.

If you've checked Hutchinson County's mugshots lately, you may be wondering, "What the heck is going on down there"?

You would think that for such a small remote county with a relatively small population, you wouldn't see too many crazy crimes but it turns out that you would be wrong to think so.

Scrolling through the seemly endless public intoxication charges in Hutchinson County's inmate roster will bring you some crazy crimes you can chuckle at, some that may concern you, and then there are others that are downright disgusting.

Terroristic Threats

Let's start with these two charges that were classified as terroristic threats against public officials that happened in the span of 3 days. What the heck kind of threats would someone have to throw at a public official in order to get charged with something like that?

Evasion of Arrest

This one's a bit more "normal" but still is not normal by any means. There is much debate in the comments over whether this fellow tried to escape on a bicycle, motorcycle, or jetski, and so far there is no consensus.

Possession Of Child Pornography 

Last but certainly least, this one doesn't need much explanation. I'll let the charge speak for itself.

The Question

So as you can see just from three of these few charges,Hutchinson County's Sheriff's may be way busier than anybody could have expected this year.
