The Amarillo Venom’s season came to an Monday night with a 56-45 playoff loss at home to the Texas Revolution.


After the Venom led by as much as ten points in the first half and still led by three at halftime, the Revolution tied the game at 33 heading into the 4th quarter before Texas pulled away in the final minutes.

Amarillo committed two turnovers and gave up two scores on special teams.

The Venom finish the season at 8-5 while the Revolution move on to play Duke City in the CIF Southern Conference championship game.
