Senior Fall Festival Coming to the Amarillo Civic Center

The Senior Ambassadors Coalition presents the Senior Fall Festival.  This event is for senior citizens looking for more information on their health, funeral planning, assisted living, medicare and more.  It's an event for seniors and caregivers.

What: Senior Ambassador Coalition Senior Fall Festival

When: Thursday, October 15th, 9-1pm

Where: Amarillo Civic Center Heritage Room

Cost: Free

Seniors and caregivers are encouraged to attend.  The event will include vendors to help with medicare questions.  There will be several people on site to help with funeral planning. If you are looking for an assisted living facility or a care facility several places will be on site to discuss future options with you or about your loved one.

Other vendors include travel agencies, moving companies, car dealerships to help when it comes to buying a reliable car and more

Several health screenings will be available as well.  The testing will take place from 9-12n and fasting is required.  Flu Shots will also be available at the event just make sure you bring your medicaid card.

Plus they will have breakfast and snacks available at the event.
