COVID wins again unfortunately.

We've seen several businesses have to temporarily shut their doors, as well as places like day cares, private schools, etc.

And now, an ISD is having to do the same as the above.

River Road High School will be closing their doors on Friday, January 21st. Not permanently of course, but they're running into some staffing issues at the school due to COVID.

It's important to note that the other three schools in the River Road ISD will remain OPEN! Those schools are Willow Vista Early Childhood Academy, Rolling Hills Elementary and River Road Middle School. There are no staffing issues there, and those students will be expected in class on Friday.

Teachers from River Road High School will head to the other campuses to help out any way they can with staffing issues those schools may have.
