Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, District 13 Representative Ronny Jackson joined the broadcast to talk about his announced plans to object to the certification of the Electoral College vote count in the 2020 Presidential Election.

During the interview Jackson said,

I'm going to protest, and I'm going to object to certification of the ballots from some of the states. And the reason I'm doing that is because I think that the vote was unconstitutional. And I say that because the Constitution is very clear Chad. It says that the state legislatures are the only people in the state that can prescribe the conduct of the election. And in these particular states, where I think there was unbelievable fraud, I think what lead to that fraud was people outside of the state legislature unconstitutionally changing election laws at the last minute to advantage the Democrats in this race and open things up for voter fraud.
