New BSA Owners Announced

The news that BSA was for sale was so old many forgot and assumed it was business as usual.  Finally, the sale has been consummated.

Through a joint venture between Baptist Community Services of Amarillo and Ardent Health Care Services of Nashville, Tn.  The partnership includes $50 million in projects.

Arden owns and operates 11 hospitals and has numerous other medical holdings. Arden will own 80% of the joint venture with the remaining 20% going to Baptist Community Services.
