One can only wonder how many other properties that Happy State Bank owns will soon be up for sale or bid after Centennial purchased the company.

It will be exciting to see what business or building will go up in this area and what company will buy it.  This might be a good place for new apartments or condo living spaces in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, I believe this is zoned for business.
