The Big Texan in Amarillo is known for many things, most famously it's 72 oz steak challenge. Many have tried, many have failed. Then again, many have succeeded. They also brew up some pretty decent beers there.

Now because of that, many have enjoyed one or two too many beers at The Big Texan, and as long as you're civilized and don't do something stupid like try and drive home afterward, it's ok. We've all been there.

However, one person recently decided to act a bit childish, and quite honestly stupid. The backstory here is the man was a bit intoxicated and got cut off by the bartender. The man wasn't exactly thrilled about it.

Every night, an officer is assigned to The Big Texan to walk their staff out and collect the deposit for the night. However, on this particular evening, the officer would find himself in the wrong place at the wrong time.

IT ALL STARTED WITH A HUG

Maybe this gentleman was thanking the officer for his service. Then again, maybe he wasn't. As you can see, the man has his arms behind the officer, but as much as this may look like a man saying thank you, he's saying something a little different.

REJECTION

The officer wasn't in the mood to hug the man, so he took matters into his own hands. Down to the ground he goes as the officer keeps his hand on the back of his head to keep him from getting back up and showing him more love.

I'M SORRY, LET ME HELP YOU BACK UP

Once the officer finds some leverage, he decides he's going to help the man back to his feet. Maybe he recognized he was a little too harsh on the man and felt it would be a nice gesture to get him up off the ground.

MAYBE I SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT

The man started getting up on his own as you can see, and the poor officer just happened to be in the wrong spot. As you can see, the man ends up underneath the officer but now has him off the ground. Maybe he's going to pop back down so the officer can get off the ride.

TIMBER!

Well, the man definitely let the officer off the ride. Unfortunately, the officer ended up on a different ride that he probably wasn't wanting to get on. The man gets him in the air and then rolls him right off his back over the railing.

HE'S NOT SORRY

As the officer hits the ground, the man starts to pull his shirt back down and stares at the officer like he's proud of what he's done. He feels like he's won the battle and will get to go free. He would be severely wrong.

I SEE YOU

The officer is back up on his feet, the man standing tall and proud as the officer shines his flashlight on him. He's letting him know he sees him clear as day, and the next move he tries to pull won't go the way he intends it to.

I DON'T WANT ANY TROUBLE

They both start walking back towards the entrance to The Big Texan and it would appear the man just wants to call a truce, head back inside, finish his meal, and probably beer. The officer had different plans. Sorry dude, but dinner is over according to the eight squad cars that just rolled up.

A MENU OF DIFFERENT SORTS

When Walter Prichard walked into The Big Texan that night, he was ordering off a menu littered with many different styles of steaks, but as you can see, he left with a menu of his own. Criminal Trespass, Resist Arrest Search or Transport, and the one we can all see, Assault Police Officer/Judge.
