So a lot of us complain about our sleeping habits. Do we just not seem to get enough sleep? Is there a reason? Do we sleep like everyone else?

A recent study was done about sleep habits. How we lay in the bed, what pillows we like to use. Even if we use an alarm clock. Who doesn't use an alarm? I mean as much as that sounds heavenly, I also feel I would never be to work on time otherwise. Apparently there are a whopping 7% out of a survey of over 100,000 people who don't feel the need to do so.

Are you a back sleeper? A side sleeper? A stomach sleeper or are you just all over the place? The most common answer is to be a side sleeper which go 42% of the vote.

What about the pillow you sleep on? Is it fluffy or flat? Most seem to like fluffy which was said by 64% of the respondents. Coming in 2nd in the survey is flat pillows. I actually like a firm pillow. It is actually made for side sleepers. So my answer was not even a choice.

The interesting question was talking about how much sleep we get a night. Where do you fall? The actual most popular answer was five to seven hours. That answer got more than half of the votes. There are a few walking zombies around us that get less than 4 hours a night.

So where do you fit in these categories? Are you in the same categories as our other answers or do you find your sleep habits to be a bit different? Comment below.
