Video games have a place in my spice rack of life.  I've been gaming for over 30 years.  A new study says I got a big brain.

European scientists conducted a study using MRI's to measure brain activity and size in 14 year old video gamers and non-gamers.

The study showed gamers have more gray matter in their head, specifically the left ventral striatum.  This area affects the interplay of emotions and behavior.  The study showed gamers brain responses to video games mimicked the brain activity of gamblers.

It is thought video games might one day be used to help treat addictions without the use of neurotoxins.

And I thought I was just killing time the last 30 years...
