Cruz was elected in 2012 and began his term as a US Senator in 2013 and was re-elected in 2018.  He is looking for re-election this year on November 5th, 2024.

Senator Ted Cruz is currently in a tight race with  Democratic candidate Colin Allred.  However, many polls show that Ted Cruz is leading by at least 3 points.

Whether you love or hate Ted Cruz, there seems to be no middle ground these days. He is a polarizing figure on the campaign trail and is making his way to Amarillo.

Ted Cruz's bus tour will arrive in Amarillo on Wednesday, October 16th at 6:45 PM

Senator Ted Cruz will speak to Texas voters across the state on his bus tour about his record in the Senate, his vision for the future of our state, the stakes of this election, and what needs to be done to Keep Texas, Texas.

Along with Cruz, candidate for Texas State Senate Caroline Fairly who is also up for election is joining Cruz on this campaign stop.
