Settlement Reached In One Of Two Abuse Allegations At Canyon ISD

Last night the Canyon ISD board voted to approve a settlement in one of two alleged abuse cases at Arden Road Elementary.

Brandi Couch said her daughter came home from school on multiple occasions with bruises on her legs and chest.  After several months of hearings a resolution has been reached.

There is still a second abuse case Canyon ISD has yet to address, this one also at Arden Road Elementary.  The family of Dillon Wade claim he was dragged into a janitor's closet.

Details of the settlement in the Couch case were not disclosed.
