New Potter County Potter Station One Step Closer To Reality

The new fire station for Potter County is proceeding with baby steps.

Officials just completed the opinion of probable cost of the new facility.  It is just one step of many that must be taken before the fire station can be built.  The next step is to issue a notice to proceed to go into construction documents.

The area Fire Station No. 3 serves northwest Amarillo, an area that has seen much growth over the last ten years.

The final proposal will be voted on by Potter County Commissioners this summer.
