Marines In Afghanistan Posed With Flag Resembling Nazi SS Logo In September 2010

It has been confirmed today that a scout sniper team in Afghanistan posed in 2010 for a photograph in front of a flag looking much like one for Hitler's Nazi SS.

The Marine Corps claims the issue has been addressed and the soldiers in the photo are no longer with the unit.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation says it is outraged by the photograph and wants a further examination.

A quick internet search turns up lots of pictures of soldiers in World War II posing with Nazi flags but none so far from 2010.

This comes on the heels of another recent embarrassment for our military and the nation at large.
