There has been an ongoing call for change in our country and you may be looking for a way you can be part of the solution. On September 15, we invite you to join our radio stations here at Townsquare Media on a step towards making change happen. Be a part of this year's very first "Ride For Change" motorcycle ride and scholarship kick-off.

Our good friend, Frank Pain, is one of the great DJs at our sister stations in Abilene and the founder of the Ride for Change program. While Frank will be riding into town, this is much more than just a one-day event. We have created a local minority scholarship named the in celebration of the hard work Tremaine Brown does in our community.

Tremaine Brown and his family who own Shi Lee's BBQ on 3rd street have done so much for the community of Amarillo. Since COVID-19 hit the panhandle Shi Lee's BBQ has given out 70,000 lunches to those in need. The school children needed to eat and Shi Lee's was the first stop to offer lunch for local kids. He's made sure Christmas trees are stocked with presents for kids and mouths are fed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Tremaine is the definition of #BeAGoodHuman and we are honored to have his name attached to The Ride for Change.

On September 15, we want you to join us as Frank enters town and we celebrate kicking off this new program. We will be parading Frank from Happy, up I-27 through Canyon, and into Amarillo with our radio station vehicles. The first stop will be Shi Lee’s BBQ at 11 am to have lunch with Frank Pain and for everyone to meet Tremaine. Anyone is welcome to join. There is no dining room so bring your own table and chairs and help us practice social distance guidelines.
