We are getting a Panera Bread.  We have been getting teased about getting a Panera Bread for a good 2 years and the building is finally going up. We even talked about it back in 2020.   It was originally supposed to be open last Fall, but I'm guessing due to the shortage and shipping problems with everything the date got pushed back.

We finally have an opening date!!!

After a estimated opening date of Fall 2021, that didn't happen and a date of March 9th that didn't happen. According to the Corporate office, Panera Bread is scheduled to open on May 15th.

Finally!

Now keep in mind this could change again because of shipping and other issues, but it's almost here.

If you have been driving down Soncy, and noticed a bunch of metal framed into a building next to the ER on Soncy and across from Walk-Ons, then that's where you will get to enjoy your bread bowl filled with broccoli cheddar soup, and all the good deliciousness that comes with Panera Bread.

Panera Bread offers some delicious food including sandwiches, salads, soups and pizzas.

Panera Bread is joining some of the new businesses in that area, Jimmy's Eggs and Firehouse Subs, recently opened up on Soncy.  Crumbl Cookies is also preparing to open in the shopping center on Soncy with United Supermarket.  This area is growing and we get to reap the rewards.

I don't know about you, but I have been waiting forever to be able to drive across town and have Panera Bread for lunch or dinner and I'm so glad we will finally be able to do this and enjoy a great meal.

In the meantime, you should go check out their website and pick out what you want to try first.
