
Family Told To Dismatle Their Special Needs Child’s Backyard Playset Because It Is a Public Nuisance
A family in the city of Santa Fe Springs, California is being told that they have to tear down their child's backyard playset. This playset was purchased by the Make-A-Wish Foundation for their daughter who suffers from a seizure disorder.
The City said that it was a public nuisance and are concerned for the health and safety of the family because of the clutter in the area of the playset.
