Amarillo Police On The Hunt For Robbery Suspect

A man robbed a woman Friday outside of Capitol Loans and Tax Service on Paramount.

Around 6:40 last Friday two employees of the business were closing up and walking to their cars.  One employee said a man armed with a pistol walked up to her with a pistol and demanded money.

The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, fleeing on foot north on Paramount.  The suspect is a black man in his late thirties,6' 1" and weighs around 180 pounds.  Witnesses said he wore dark clothing.
