Amarillo Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against Child

Potter County has handed down four indictments against an Amarillo man for sex crimes against a child.

37-year-old Gabriel Marquez was indicted March1st on four charges connected to the same child victim.

The charges include three counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and one count of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact.

The indictment states the charges stem from incidents that occurred in October 2015.
