The ceremony will be held at the Texas Panhandle War Memorial at 4101 S. Georgia Street. It begins at 8:45 AM, and will last approximately 30 minutes.

The memorial ceremony will feature the Amarillo Fire Department Pipes & Drums, Amarillo Police Department's Rifle Team, and the honor guards of Amarillo Fire Department and Amarillo Police Department.
