We ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items.  Sometimes it's silly but this week it was topical.  With gas prices at their lowest since 2007 it is expected holiday travel will be higher than recent years.  We were curious if you were one of the road warriors.

RULE #6

Along with the regular rules of the program I always bring you a special rule #6.  It is sometimes inspired by something that has happened to me over the previous week.  This week I looked ahead for our rule.

This week it's Thanksgiving and that other holiday, Black Friday.  I truly don't understand how the public at large can be scammed year after year into navigating the overflow crowds on Black Friday.  I firmly believe the crowds make it not worth the trouble or the savings.

Rule #6: Black Friday savings don't equal the cost of dealing with the crowds.
