When I am driving around Amarillo I really notice some things that make me question what is really going on. Was that something on purpose or a complete accident?

Everyone in Amarillo has old papers and documents sitting around with personal information that in the wrong hands could cause a ton of problems

It's a well known fact the grass is always greener on the other side.  You may have felt that about Amarillo drivers.  Well, the grass in that regard is pretty green here.
