Need A Summer Job?

The unofficial start to summer is this weekend and what better way to kick off the season then with a new job by the water!

Amarillo City Department of Parks and Recreation still have seasonal opening for Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, and Pool Cashiers. Amarillo pools open on Saturday, May 27th, and the department would love to get these positions filled.

Amarillo really has some great pools to check out this summer and the entrance fee is super affordable. All locations are $2.00 for 12 and under and 3.00 for 13 and up. They even offer senior discounts and discounts after 4pm.

Morning lap swim will be June 5- August 1.
Evening lap swim will be June 5- August 11.
