Do Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Want To Ban Delta-8?

No, that's not at all what they're asking. However, they do want some regulations put in place that will help level out the playing field so they can both co-exist in the state.

People within the industry have stated they aren't against hemp in any way, they just feel there needs to be some clearly defined rules in place when it comes to those products.
