The Shack BBQ in Lubbock took to social media on Friday alerting citizens that they had been targeted at least once by a thief wanting wood. The Shack posted on Facebook that they are currently enclosing their pits due to the theft.

So what is being stolen? According to The Shack, wood is being stolen. Wood that isn't cheap and helps with that great BBQ taste we all know and love.

For now, The Shack is just asking that whoever drives a blue, Dodge pickup truck with pink plates to stop stealing their wood. If the wood theft continues, The Shack warns they will press charges.

Here's the deal. They know what vehicle you drive, they probably have you on camera, and while you may want to use their wood for your fireplace, it's not your wood and it costs The Shack a lot of money to get. Oh and they also cook with that wood. So leave it alone and stop stealing from others.
