A Lubbock woman was arrested on some very serious charges after an argument occurred at a local apartment complex. The Lubbock Police Department was dispatched to the apartment of an unnamed victim after witnesses state that they heard arguing.

KAMC news reports that those witnesses spoke with police and state that they heard 20-year-old Lexy Vasquez, Aracelie Ybarra, an unnamed suspect and three victims arguing outside an apartment. Vasquez reportedly was captured on a surveillance camera pulling out a firearm and shooting three shots into the victims apartment.

Through their investigation the Lubbock Police Department was able to determine that the three suspects were at the apartment complex to start the argument with the three victims. It was after the shots were fired that the suspects fled the scene but Vasquez was eventually captured and booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center. As per the publishing of this article Vasquez has been able to post bond for the charges of Deadly Conduct of Discharge of a Firearm, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Speeding.
