In this day and age, when everything is getting more expensive, we have seen a lot of places in Amarillo close down. It is not the outcome we want to see, but it seems the cost has gotten a bit too much for some places to stay open.

On the customer's end, things cost more, so we have to budget what we spend our money on. That sometimes limits what we get to do. So in essence, we have less money to spend, so some of our local businesses end up with less of our money. That hurts everyone.

The Vision: Franchising a Successful Amarillo Concept

What is great to see is a business that is staying the course and is looking for other opportunities. In the good news I discovered recently, Paul Olivarez, owner of The Brunch Truck at 213 SW 7th, is actually looking to franchise his business.

Finding the Right Partners: Paul Olivarez’s Search for Entrepreneurs

PLEASE READ IF INTERESTED…
Hello everyone…I am putting this out there for future. Next year I will be looking to start a franchise with The Brunch Truck. I have numerous people over the last couple of years approach me individually or a company. Each time I have told them that we weren’t ready as a business. I feel that we are as close as we can get of knowing that our concept will work and is ready to grow this next year or two. I am preparing a business plan and model of what I see The Brunch Truck as a Franchise model. If any of my business-minded people are interested in learning more… please let me know. I am not asking anyone to put anything financial up front. Just looking for foundational entrepreneurs who are willing to go at this with me from the start of this endeavors and hopefully grow into something bigger. Thank you for your time.
Be Kind…Change the World.

What is a Franchise? Bringing The Brunch Truck to New Cities

If you are not familiar with a franchise, basically, Paul wants to take his restaurant and let others open the same concept elsewhere. It will be the same setup as our beloved location here in Amarillo. The franchisee will get the business name, logos, menus, and training to run it just like The Brunch Truck here in Amarillo.

Looking Toward 2027: The Roadmap for The Brunch Truck

This expansion marks a major milestone for both Paul and the Amarillo culinary scene. Soon, you could be taking a trip to somewhere out of Amarillo and run into the familiarity of The Brunch Truck. You will be able to tell them you know where it all started.

The Brunch Truck Restaurant is Now Open

The Brunch Truck has been a local favorite for great food. They now have a sit-down restaurant location for Amarillo to enjoy.
