A Massive, Private Getaway In Amarillo, Texas

This Airbnb initially caught my attention based on the price alone. It's another high dollar rental. At the moment, it says you can book it for $480 a night. Usually it's $585.

There's also a two-night minimum for the Private Indoor Mineral Pool & Spa Retreat House hosted by Paige on Airbnb.

What you get for the money is a ton of space, your run of the entire property (except the maintenance and supply closets), and some really unique amenities.

The place sleeps a small village (12 people). It has 3 baths. The kitchen is a dream, if you're into that kind of thing. Plus, there are plenty of spaces set up for you to lounge about and relax.

However, it's the pool that sets this property apart.

Your Own Private Indoor Mineral Pool

Yes, you read that right. This property has its own private indoor mineral pool. This isn't just your average indoor swimming space. It has...minerals.

If you've never used a mineral pool, allow me to introduce you to the concept. These pools aren't made for cannonballs and half-gainers with a twist. The mineral water in the pool helps you relax. It's insanely calming.

You get out of the water feeling rejuvenated, instead of craving a bag of Funyuns.

Other interesting amenities include a cubby that houses two chairs and a telephone that your grandparents used. There's also a spot in the yard where you'll find seasonal grapes growing...when they're in season. Check out these photos.
