More than 200 people carrying flags from Mexico and Brazil were protesting in a law room in Los Angeles Monday. They were stating that the information-sharing policy was causing them to be afraid to use public services in fear of deportation.

One woman stated that she was arrested in February of selling ice cream without a permit. Now she is facing deportation.

"Every day I live the nightmare of this program," said Blanca Perez, 38 "Now I am facing deportation for the simple act of selling ice cream in the street."

This program is becoming more of a headache for the Obama Administration as he can not back off this legislation to prove his administration is serious about Immigration Reform, but continues to alienate more of the latino and immigrant vote.

Now illegal immigrants are stating that they are afraid to call the authorities when in dangerous situations like domestic violence and robberies for fear of being deported for being here illegally.
