This particular card allows you to jump free for an entire year. Ultimate day tickets are priced at $22.39 for a limited time and Deluxe tickets are priced at $21.99 each so you'll definitely get more than you pay for if you are one of the lucky 200 who get a Fan Card along with their Ultimate or Deluxe tickets.
