NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Businessman Frank Fradella has returned to the stand in the federal corruption trial of former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin.

Fradella, who has pleaded guilty in the case, testified Monday about arrangements he made to keep getting money to Nagin even after the former mayor left office in 2010.

Nagin is being tried on a 21-count indictment. Part of the case outlined by prosecutors includes allegations that he accepted more than $160,000 in bribes and truckloads of free granite for his family business in exchange for helping Fradella get city backing for projects.

Prosecutors also said Nagin accepted monthly payoffs from Fradella totaling $112,250 after he left office.
