Netflix is getting ready to set a new reality show in Austin called Roaring Twenties and it's exactly what you think it would be, 20 somethings living it up in Austin Texas discovering life, looking for love and getting along in the Capitol City. Netflix basically states that participants will live  “the best years of your life in the biggest, boldest way possible.”

Ok, If this all sounds like we been down this road before, Yep. The Austin Skyline was a bit smaller at the time but there was this little thing called The Real World on some network called MTV that did exactly the same thing. So for me as someone who spent a moment or two in Austin, it's gonna be interesting to see how a new generation takes on a much different live music capitol of the world. By the way if you want to talk the Ultimate Austin reality show, Austin City Limits has been filming for decades.

So What's The Amarillo Tie?

The Amarillo tie if there is one is that anyone from Amarillo can be on this show too. There really aren't much qualifications other than being over 18. If you are interested you can submit a minute long video where even the folks at Netflix suggest to "be yourself" More information about the show and others that they are looking for by visiting their site.
