Don’t Mow The Lawn At 4:30am; Man Cited For Disturbing The Peace

The last time you mowed the lawn what time of day was it?  One man in Oklahoma City decided 4:30am was a good time and one of his neighbors didn't appreciate it.

Phil Gage was arrested and cited for disturbing the peace.  Police released him on scene.

Mr. Gage says he's been doing it for 10 years and nobody's complained.  He even did a neighbor's yard after he did his.
