Chicago Man Arrested For The 99th Time

Caught using his three year old child as a ruse to get money a man in Chicago has been arrested for the 99th time.

Arrested this time for obstruction and heroin possession he's got priors for burglary, robbery, larceny, assault, drugs and smuggling.

He was also found to have 10 dates of birth, nine names and five Social Security numbers.
