Minneapolis (Learfield News Service) -  The U.S. State Department is offering a $3-million reward for the location of an Iranian man accused of sourcing IED parts from a company in Minnesota.

The FBI says Hossein Larijani has been on the run for eight years since being indicted in Washington D.C. on charges related to purchasing parts used to make roadside bombs.

The indictment claims the bombs made from the Minnesota parts are responsible for about 60 percent of American combat deaths in Iraq from 2001 to 2007.
