Amarillo Teenagers Arrested For Multiple Auto Burglaries In City

Amarillo's finest has nabbed a young duo accused of breaking into several vehicles around Amarillo.

Yesterday morning police observed an SUV leaving at a high rate of speed from the Washburn area.  Patrols were increased in the area after other auto break-ins.

When police stopped the vehicle they found 19 and 16 years old inside with several stolen items.

The stolen property was returned to its owners.
