Amarillo City Attorney Weighs In On Driving-While-Celling Ban

The Amarillo City Attorney has advised the city how they need to approach enforcing the new ordinance restricting cell phone use while driving.

Essentially the city is being told signage must be put up on the city limits to apprise motorists of the restrictions.

The ban covers all hand held devices from phones to games, gps to voice recorders.
