A former Reagor Dykes employee pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud on Tuesday, March 17th.
Wesley Todd Neel agreed to a plea deal on February 26th but appeared before a judge on Tuesday.
KAMC News reports that 13 others have also taken plea deals for various charges.
