LANSING, Mich. (AP) — A Michigan judge has adjourned a hearing on a lawsuit filed by Detroit pension funds trying to keep city retirees' payments from being cut during bankruptcy proceedings.

DETROIT (AP) — Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder says he's not sure if some of Detroit's creditors will ever be paid.

Detroit is widely regarded as America's most dangerous city. Things aren't getting better there with a couple of news items making the rounds.

A tour bus company in Michigan has been ordered to cease operations after it was discovered the operator had stowed six people in the luggage compartment because the bus was too full.  Amazingly this is the second time this has happened.  Or at least the second time they got caught.

Detroit Police are cracking down on novelty items used to smoke drugs sold in Dollar Stores and gas stations.

In late February, a security guard at a U.S. federal office building in Detroit, MI, found a suspicious package. He brought the package into the building, placed it in the lost and found and went on his merry way. The package sat until March 18, when someone at the office decided to X-ray it to see what was inside. The contents? A bomb that had been there all along, according to ABC News. Read Mor
