The road between Amarillo and Canyon has been growing by leaps and bounds over the last 5 years.   It's not the I-27 route to Canyon, it's the area we know as VFW road, the back road to Canyon, which has been blowing up with homes and businesses, and storage.

Recently, at VFW and FM 2219, the only thing that was at that location was a lonely Pak-A-Sak, now there is a First National Bank, a Spare Feet Storage, and a new Toot 'n Totum, and just south of that is a brand new nail spa call Yudi's, it's a booming area of new homes and new businesses.

However, places to go eat are not as close, but an Amarillo Business is opening up a location for those in the area.

Grandma's Burritos is opening up shop at FM 2590 (VFW) and Clinton Glenn Rd.

Grandma's Burritos is a great place to get authentic Mexican food.  It's a great place to get some really amazing breakfast burritos.  Grandma's Burritos is located at 7012 S Western and it was time for another location in Amarillo (or outside of Amarillo).  It's the perfect spot and will be booming once the doors are open.

As mentioned earlier, they have some amazing breakfast burritos including your classic favorites, but they also serve up some really great burritos and plates for lunch.  Including, their chile verde and barbacoa, and of course their brisket burritos.

Just talking about it just makes your mouth water!

Grandma's Burritos caught some controversy when a political candidate stopped by their Western location about a year ago, where many people claimed that they would never eat there again.  It's nice to see this business thriving and opening another location.

Get ready for some easy access to a delicious breakfast and lunch in that area.  You'll save some gas on those breakfast runs.
