Amarillo’s Latest Grand Opening Celebration is Happening Today

We love getting new stuff in Amarillo. Even though this is not a new place it is another location coming to a new part of town. This means that this product is not accessible to people who don't get near the 34th and Coulter area too much.

This new location is The Acai Bar. They have the location at 34h and Coulter. There is a location in Borger. This new location we first told you about HERE back in October last year.

More recently we let you know that they are also opening a location in Canyon. So let's just say that The Acai Bar has really grown and become a fan favorite. This newest location at 34th and Ross Street is opening today, Friday, January 10th.

The great thing about all of the success of The Acai Bar in Amarillo is that a lot of us, including myself, have finally learned how to say Acai.

I will say for the longest time when I saw that word I just skipped the story. I didn't want to mess it up. Then I asked and now I am an expert. If you still need pronunciation help: aa·saa·ee.

The original location at 34th and Coulter does hold a special place in my heart because my very first DoorDash delivery was a pickup from that location. I even told the worker that when I went there. They wished me luck and were very nice. So I look forward to also picking up and delivering from their new location.

Three locations are open for business and one is still on the way. Not a bad way to start off the new year.
