If you have kids who might be interested in becoming a lifeguard in Amarillo, a class is available to teach them the skills they’ll need. It will be a good way for them to get some knowledge and skills before applying when they're ready.

What Your Child Will Learn in Class

The class is designed for kids ages 11 to 14. The program lasts for five days, and the kids will learn:

  • Swimming techniques
  • rescue methods
  • first aid basics

This would be a great way for your kids who are between 11 and 14 to get some skills and knowledge that will give them a head start on becoming a lifeguard. It keeps them busy for a week, and they're learning something. Sounds like a winner.
